Most changes are minor procedural tweaks. Perhaps the most significant change is the Criminal Registry’s express prohibition on filings by post or facsimile, except where the accused is self-represented. Tiresome arguments about when documents were sent or received are going. I expect this will soon become the norm across jurisdictions.
